Connect can offer an online ticketing system for all your invite, registration and entry ticket needs. All of which can even be designed to match the theme of your event too. If you would prefer a manual system, it’s no trouble to arrange that either!
Worried about what might be in the fine print? We have years of experience in negotiating and managing contracts and can manage this on your behalf. We are very familiar with current rates and fees (and more often than not, have access to rates not accessible to many others). This allows us to offer clients substantial budget savings.
Catering is very much a part of the overall theme so it is important to choose the right food for your event. Knowing how to work with caterers and the service of food (especially in a large event) is paramount to ensuring all guests enjoy the food and drink service. Connect likes to arrange tastings prior to their events.
• Production
All too often not enough detail is put into the sound, lights and vision, all of which are critical to a successful event. We not only understand production, we know how to get the best out of it and ‘bang for your buck’.
We believe in the power of the WOW! And our events are known for their WOW entrances and creating lasting first impressions.
It is important to understand your event’s power requirements and knowing what to do in case of limitations.
Venues don’t always have the entire infrastructure needed, so bringing in toilets, fences, flooring, kitchens, etc. is just another service we can offer when the location presents some challenges.
We have access to a large number of existing props, backdrops and table centrepieces or can arrange these to be custom made if required or preferred.
In addition to our core Event staff (that have a combined experience of almost 100 years in the business), all subcontracted staff on a Connect event will be met and hand selected where possible, for all aspects of the event. We demand the highest standard in delivery of services being hired and most importantly the staff must always look neat, have a great attitude and diligently deliver to ensure you get the best service available.

We have our own Talent Agency that supplies performers for Musical Theatre and Live Shows the world over. We have a strong and trusted relationship with most agencies, production houses, record labels and schools throughout Australia enabling us to have access to a huge breadth of talent.

Jaci, having been a professional performer, choreographer and teacher for many years (she even wrote Australia’s first Hip Hop syllabus) has the edge when it comes to knowing what works, what is available, what the next ‘big thing’ will be and importantly, how to get it!

Due to the large volume of travel and accommodation we book, we have a dedicated team of agents that work on the best routes, rooms, vehicles and costs for our travel needs. In addition, we can make available our ‘online facility’ whereby guests have private access to our booking site (which can be designed with a look and feel reflective of your company or event with the use of colours and logos on all the electronic stationary).
